Commercial Litigation Associate

Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney (LA Office) Offit Kurman is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate to join our LA Litigation team.

We are looking for an attorney with 3+ years' commercial litigation experience.
This position focuses on a broad range of private client business litigation.
The attorney will have significant individual responsibilities in all aspects of the litigation including:

Drafting pleadings Discovery Briefs and motions Taking and defending depositions Court appearances and trial work Must be admitted and active to practice in CA.
