We have a permanent full-time opportunity to join our team as a Commercial Officer, where you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of metering service orders and driving seamless market transactions for retailers. Bring your customer-focused service to our retailer inquiries, managing service orders, and proactive resolution of issues. Through your process improvement and collaboration with stakeholders, you'll help enhance our service delivery and data quality while being part of a high-performing, motivated environment.
This role is based at our brand-new state-of-the-art South Metro Depot in Forrestdale, conveniently located next to Tonkin Highway. Spanning across 120,000 square meters, with the latest infrastructure and technology, the depot empowers all employees to create that perfect work-life balance whilst operating in an inclusive and diverse workplace.
