Project Manager/Estimator
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to join our team.
The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects, as well as to estimate project costs and provide accurate bids to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgetsOversee project execution and manage project teamsEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clientsConduct site visits and assess project requirementsPrepare accurate cost estimates and provide bids to clientsCommunicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractorsMaintain project documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Project Management and EstimatingStrong knowledge of Commercial Painting and CoatingsExperience with Estimating and Bidding for Commercial Paint and Coatings projectsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
