The Domestic Payables Product Manager will lead one or more cross-functional teams to drive stability and security, new enhancements, and evolution of the Payables Products to deliver operational efficiencies, improve client and associate experience, and support regulatory compliance.
The Domestic Payables Product suite includes Fraud Control Services (PosPay and ACH PosPay), Check Print, and Controlled Disbursement Account.
The product manager will elicit, refine and prioritize client and associate needs in order to set the vision and strategic roadmap for each Payables product.
The product manager will work with Technology, Risk, Finance, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure a low risk and compliant environment, achieve operational efficiency and drive product profitability.
Responsibilities
-Maintain necessary documentation for Payables Products, e.g.
Standards, Product Sheets, etc.
-Partner with sales and client relationship teams to understand client pain points and business challenges to drive product enhancements via internal processes, e.g.
business case development, product roadmap maintenance, risk remediation
-Research and understand trends in payments industry to incorporate new capabilities and offer an efficient client and associate experience.
-Partner with Risk and Compliance to satisfy tasks, audits and assessments required by a LFI as determined by Enterprise policies and procedures.
-As the Business Owner for the relationship with the Payables product vendors, serve as primary POC and influence vendor's product roadmap
Knowledge: -Money Movement products, including U.S.
Domestic clearing and settlement systems, particularly checks
-Accounts Payable routines and key metrics for large corporates and mid-market clients

Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
-Bacheors Degree with 5+ years of Bnking or Financial Services OR HS Diploma/GED with 9+ years of Bnking or Financial Services
-5+ years in Product Management
Preferred Qualifications:
-MBA
If hired in NY or CA, the base pay for this position is generally between $149,755.00 and $202, 609.00.
Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
