What You'll Do:
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency as you collect, verify, and maintain client data, billing information, and office records.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory, while streamlining paperwork and filing processes.
• Analyze large data sets, generate actionable reports, and provide key insights to guide business strategy.
• Assist with purchase orders, inventory management, and transitioning data from paper to digital systems.
• Identify business performance patterns, present your findings, and suggest data-backed recommendations.
• Develop and maintain systems to collect and analyze data from various sources to visualize results and drive better outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel with hands-on experience in data entry, financial analysis, and bookkeeping.
• An analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools
• Top-notch organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication abilities, capable of breaking down complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

What You've Accomplished:
• A high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's in a related field is a plus!)
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or data analysis.
