Pacific Cabinets Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of commercial casework projects.
You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality cabinets, countertops, and millwork for schools, universities, hospitals, and laboratories.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage multiple commercial casework projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to understand project requirements, set expectations, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and use of materials and labor.
Monitor the manufacturing and installation process, ensuring compliance with AWI/WI certification standards and quality guidelines.
Identify and manage project risks, resolving issues that arise during the course of the project.
Conduct regular project status updates and meetings with clients, internal stakeholders, and senior management.
Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and comprehensive, including contracts, change orders, and project plans.
Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Track project performance using key metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
The ideal candidate should possess: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in commercial casework, millwork, or related industries.
Experience managing large-scale projects for K-12 schools, universities, hospitals, and laboratories is a plus.
Strong understanding of AWI/WI certification standards and quality control processes.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and deadlines.
PMP certification or other project management certification is a plus.
Travel Required: Occasional travel may be necessary depending on project needs and client locations.
Prefer candidates that live in WA, OR, CA, ID, and NV.
Candidates who have experience working with contractors and customers in the cabinet industry are preferred.
