Commercial Real Estate Bookkeeper

Our client, a Commercial Estate Company located in the Dallas area, is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper with commercial real estate experience to join their team.

Job responsibilities include: Accounts receivable - collect rent and management fees, ensure prompt collection of both, maintain customer files and communicate with tenants and property ownersAccounts payable - code, sort and pay invoices, maintain vendor files, and communicate with vendors, prepare annual 1099sPayroll - process weekly payroll, pay applicable taxes and benefits, file quarterly and annual payroll tax returnsBank accounts - reconcile bank statements, make deposits, and monitor bank activityPrepare monthly reports for managed propertiesReconcile tenant CAM, real estate taxes and insuranceBenefits administration experience would be a plus

Must be proficient with QuickBooksMust be proficient with Microsoft Word and ExcelMust have a minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experienceMust have commercial real estate experience
