Sands Investment Group (SIG), is officially accepting applications for the highly-selective Junior Broker Role in Boston, Massachusetts. This individual will work alongside one of the top-performing Sale Leaseback brokers in the country. While prior commercial real estate experience within this specific space is not explicitly required, it is highly encouraged. Whether you've closed your first couple deals or have years of experience under your belt, our management team takes the time to carefully craft a thoughtful and intentional business plan with you. We don't want to fit a square peg in a round hole, instead, we understand that different backgrounds and skill sets can work together to secure more business and gain more market share in the Sale Leaseback sector.
Job Responsibilities
Make agreed upon number of lead-generating calls per week, as determined by Managing Director or Senior BrokerOversee all cycles of your Deal Pipeline. Including but not limited to: Leads, Proposals, Listings, Marketing, Offers, PSAs, Due Diligence, Escrow and ClosingsInterface with clients clearly and effectively via phone calls, in person meetings and emailUse proprietary and industry systems and resources to find and validate property owners, research competitors, and identify new leads Research SIG's active inventory and contact/pitch properties to potential buyersCatalog relevant properties on the market by product type, CAP rate, and priceAssist with and eventually help to run all Proposals or Broker Opinion of Value (BOVs) and pull comps on dealsUpdate and maintain teams CRM within our shared databaseActively participate in all team huddles, meetings and trainingsBecome the point of contact on main accounts within the Sale Leaseback Team Successful candidates must answer a resounding YES to the following questions:
