The Gig: This client is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Lender with  construction lending experience  to grow their Seattle team by managing a portfolio of commercial construction loans and developing business relationships that bring in deposits. This client puts great care into building up strong employees, customers, and community. Work with loan support staff to structure loans. Maintain and grow client relationships. Cross-sell other bank products. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and bank regulations. The People: Act with a balance of care and urgency to stay ahead of the market. Solve problems with creativity. Treat deals like partnerships, not transactions. Keep it local to the PNW. The Ideal Candidate: Has persuasive sales skills. Is Customer focused. Consistently produces high-quality, accurate work. Is engaged with the community with circles of influence, personal or professional. The Qualifications: Three to Five years of commercial banking experience. Knowledge of bank policies and procedures and regulatory compliance. Ability to effectively sell bank products and services. Possesses credibility and professionalism when working with clients. Ability to close business. The Pay: $140k to $150k+ base salary with over 30% of your base as a bonus. Pay is negotiable depending on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location. Will pay some relocation costs if applicable. Competitive benefits. The Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA
