As a Commercial Roofing Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for customer communication, supervision of installation, and job organization throughout the roof replacement process.
\n Duties and ResponsibilitiesWalk through the proposal with the customer at the start of a jobTake pictures to verify the material & scope of workMaintain job site cleanliness throughout the duration of the jobUpdates with pictures/descriptions on captivated (minimum 3 times)Clean up the job site after lunchMid-day 5-Point InspectionOversee roof installation RequirementsValid driver's license2+ years of experience preferredPass a background check Willingness to travel up to 15 % Compensation and Benefits$25 to $ $30 per hour commensurate with experienceMedical, vision, and dental insuranceCompany-paid Life InsuranceCompany paid short-term disability401(k) plan with a 3% automatic company contributionPTO, vacation, HolidaysCompany Truck, fuel, and cell phone providedFree access to on-site gym with showers
