Job Summary: 5-10 years' experience in specification selling.
Has 3-5 years in selling to the commercial market through specifications and developing the strategy to do so.
Experience in tracking specifications through lead generation sources such as Material Bank, Dodge, and etc.
Has a background in design and has been or is a current member in a design association such as ASID, AIA or ASID.
Candidate requires detailed knowledge and use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce and information technology in general.
Must work well in a team environment and be a good communicator.

Candidate is responsible for identifying, developing, and tracking specifications for HanStone Quartz Surfaces and Hanex Solid Surfaces.
Candidate will qualify specifications from lead sources such as Material Bank, trade shows, Hyundai L&C website and social media.
Upon qualification, lead is transferred to the appropriate Spec Reps and BDMs to track and report final disposition.
Candidate will train all appropriate Hyundai L&C personnel on how to maximize utilization of the various lead sources.
Candidate will evaluate the effectiveness of these lead sources and be Hyundai L&C's main contact with them.
This position will recommend what tools are necessary to communicate with the design community such as sample size and design, sample display tools, communication of relevant technical information, literature to the design community, CEU/PK programs, and trade show participation.
The culmination of this activity will be to develop a North American A&D mailing list.

Objective: This position will play a critical role in our growing building material industry.
This person will be responsible for assisting the commercial team in gathering leads from various commercial lead channels, sharing them with our Spec Reps and BDMs, and ensuring they follow up with customers.
Additionally, the role will involve managing the project pipeline by region and providing support to the Spec Reps.
Roles & Responsibility: Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategy.
Collaborate with the operations, accounting, CSR, and product team to ensure successful project execution and financial performance.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual variance reporting and forecasts to senior management on commercial performance and business development activities.
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
Maintain and organize commercial lead sources and make sure outside reps are following up Manage active commercial project reports in SalesForce and support to the team as needed Assist in client development by performing daily support activities Other daily administrative tasks to support commercial sales growth Skills: Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
