Responsibilities: Requirements: Proven experience in commercial roofing sales, project management, and estimating. (Experience is required)Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.Proficiency in estimating software and tools.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.Certified in OSHA 10 or 30. Compensation: Base salary starting from $52,000 annually.Commission: 1-2% of total net sales, providing an opportunity for additional earnings based on sales performance.
