We offer an extensive range of standard and specialized laser systems, employing advanced technologies. Summary: We are looking for a Sales Representative to assist customers throughout the purchasing process. You'll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales. For this role, you be a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, like email campaigns and pricing strategies. Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position, promote, and sell our products. What You'll Do: Be aware of the internal and external competition from local and national companies who work in similar areas, and keep up to date with the overall economic landscape. Look for expansion opportunities, like new customers, markets and industry developments. Take advantage of possible opportunities that can occur to advance the company. Contribute to the sales area of the business to add to profitability. Take part in the sales department's team meetings that create the overall vision of the company. Involve other departments to work towards a specific goal each year. Research customer segments, clients and strategies to increase qualified leads. Review reports that document current and projected metrics and market conditions. Track sales campaigns to identify growth, challenges and risks. Form strategic product marketing plans through market research, competitive analysis, and business planning. Accept and process orders. Handle customer's issues and questions in a timely manner. Analyze product requirements and emerging technology trends. Construct customer value propositions, working as a cross-functional team with all members of the sales team and manufacturing. Define functional specifications, price, value packages and cost targets. What You'll bring: Potential candidates must have a minimum of high School Diploma. Associate or Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred. Possess at least 5 years of experience sales of capital products Experience in the capital equipment or laser industry is required. Skills/Qualifications: Product Marketing Skills, Marketing Expertise, Decision-Making Skills, Organizational Skills, Analytical Skills, Prioritization Skills, Goal Setting, Time Management, Product Knowledge, Process Improvement, and Customer Focus.
