The Commercial Transaction Paralegal will work alongside and support collegial attorneys through all stages of commercial transactions.
In your first few weeks in this Commercial Transaction Paralegal role, you can expect to:
Communicate with vendors, outside attorneys, and clientsResearch corporate entity status in various jurisdictionsRequest UCC, tax lien, litigation searches, and other searches, and summarize findings for reviewAssist with loan closingsPrepare and organize document binders and shared file sites for loan closings; post-closing due diligenceTo apply for this Commercial Transaction Paralegal role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:
