Compensation can consist of commission in addition to base salary, at the Profit Center's discretion. Business is primarily conducted outside of the physical location of the branch or office.How You Will ContributePromote the growth of B&B through the sale of new accountsDevelop and purse cross-selling opportunities in concert with Senior Account ManagersBuild, expand, and solidify relationships with the customer at all levels within the company and lead appropriate resources to address the customer's needs, including risk and the identification and resolutions of underwriting or policy issuesObtain prospects and actively purse and create interest by making calls, writing letters, or through personal visitsMaintain and actively work a database of active prospects by identifying business needs and proposing company products and servicesMonitor level of customer service and assist with claim issues as neededHandle and resolve customer complaints and problemsEncourage and coordinate teamwork and communication among those who service customersSet regularly scheduled meeting on a frequency that is appropriate for each customerAssist the Customer Account Managers with the collection of receivables Maintain good relations with carrier personnelKeep current on marketplace changes and inform customer as necessaryBecome significantly involved and develop expertise in a declared sector or market area by networking and participating in professional development activitiesMaintain appropriate level of confidentially of information processedDuties are done independently or in a team environment Other duties or special projects may be assignedLicenses and Certifications: Maintain a current Property & Casualty License for the required state(s).
