This role will focus specifically on water/wastewater projects, offering a unique opportunity to apply your skills and expertise in a specialized and vital sector.
Responsibilities: Provide engineering and commissioning support for I&C, SCADA, DPCS and startup/commissioning projects in the water/ wastewater industries.
Coordinating with engineers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of each project are in alignment.
Overseeing site work, ensuring that all activities comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Managing project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
Facilitating communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
Resolving any issues or problems that arise during the project life cycle.
Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Overseeing the final startup of each project, ensuring that all systems are operational and meet project specifications.
Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years in the construction industry, with a focus on water/wastewater projects.
Strong knowledge of water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, including design, construction, and operation.
Proven experience in managing all phases of a project life cycle, from planning and design to construction and startup.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they become problems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
