Communication Specialist Full-Time

Description:
Responsible for answering incoming calls to the hospital clinic system and acting as a liaison between the patient and appropriate clinical staff and providers. Coordinates the patient scheduling for the providers in the clinic system.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Mandatory Reporting certification required within 6 months of hire
- Must pass background check, physical, drug screen, and TB Test upon hire. Flu and COVID vaccine or religious/medical exemption is required.
