1. General - Job Title: Non-IT Program Manager

- Type: Contract

- Level: Mid-Level

- Workplace: 100% Remote

- Duration: 6/13/2024 to 6/30/2024   with potential for extension(18 Months)

2. About the job - The Non-IT Program Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to non-IT projects. This includes engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out, among others. The role requires strong program management skills, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

- Role Summary: As a Non-IT Program Manager, your main objective will be to coordinate projects, develop detailed plans, and ensure the successful integration of technical activities. You will work closely with clients, management, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and drive project success.

4. What are the key responsibilities? - Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.

- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.

- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility.

- Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.

- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success? - MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

-5-7 years of overall experience in the field.

- Program management end-to-end experience with product launch and strategy, with at least 5 years of experience.

- ROB (Rolling Operating Board) ownership experience, with at least 5 years of experience.

- Strong communication skills, including mitigation planning, adaptability in fast-moving environments, and experience driving conversations and providing updates.

- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- PMI or PMP certification.
