Xenith Solutions is seeking a Vulnerability Management Analyst (Web Applications) to join our team in support of a government contract for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). Job Description:
As a member of the team, you will support the United States Transportation Command in Organizational Change Management. This effort will include informing stakeholders of upcoming change, assisting stakeholder communities with making the transition to new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business processes, and reinforcing the change across the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE) stakeholders during the implementation of this new commercial ERP capability. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to craft and refine messages that are clear, concise, and aligned with our organization's brand. As a Communications Specialist II, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening our brand image, ensuring all communication materials adhere to our brand guidelines and values. You will work closely with program offices/branches to ensure consistent messaging and collaborate with graphic and web designers to create and curate content for various communication channels. Additionally, you will develop and implement communication strategies and engagement plans, coordinate our social media presence and strategies, and monitor social media trends. Compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards is essential, particularly in regulated industries. You will define clear communication goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide inputs to measure the success of our change program, tracking and analyzing communication effectiveness using metrics like audience reach, engagement, and sentiment analysis. Responsibilities include: Craft and refine messages to ensure they are clear, concise, and aligned with the organization's brand. Maintain and strengthen the organization's brand image. Coordinate with program offices/branches to ensure consistent messaging. Work closely with graphic and web designers to create and curate content for various communication channels. Develop and implement communication strategies and engagement plans. Coordinate the organization's social media presence and strategies. Monitor social media trends and respond to comments and inquiries on online platforms. Ensure all communication complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Define clear communication goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Track and analyze communication effectiveness using metrics like audience reach, engagement, and sentiment analysis. Make informed adjustments to communication strategies based on data. Report to the contractor's program manager and/or the Senior OCM Analyst/Consultant. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field. 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages. Experience working with graphic and web designers. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and analyze communication effectiveness. Experience with change management communication is a plus.
