What you'll do: Collaborate with the Communications team to develop innovative ideas and strategies for communications and marketing.Manage various projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment while ensuring timely and accurate completion.Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff.Work closely with ministries at Lakepointe to stay up to date and to effectively communicate vision.Maintain and update web content as needed (service times, event dates, copy, etc.
).Assist with app updates and strategy.Contribute to weekly newsletter communication as needed.Respond to general inquiries and/or direct them to the appropriate ministry for follow-up.Perform other duties as assigned. Skills & Experience you've had: Proficiency with WordPress, Monday.com, and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) preferred.Team player mentality with flexibility to adapt to various projects and needs.Knowledge of web-design best practices.Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with strong project management skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
