Position Overview:
As a Communications Specialist at Wool Supply, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand narrative and engaging with our diverse audience. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other outreach activities. Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, industry influencers, and community partners. Support internal communication efforts to ensure that all employees are informed and engaged with company initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communications and public relations. Provide guidance and support to team members on communication-related projects and initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in communications, marketing, or public relations (entry-level to senior-level candidates are encouraged to apply). Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Ability to think critically and strategically about communication challenges and opportunities. A confident and motivated personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
