About the Role: As a Communications Specialist at Jivox, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative and enhancing our communication strategies. Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media representatives and industry influencers. You will be responsible for crafting press materials and pitching stories that highlight our innovations and achievements.
Internal Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that employees are informed and engaged. This may involve creating internal newsletters, organizing events, and facilitating communication between departments.
Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our online strategy.
