About the Role:

As a Communications Specialist at Bronson Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our internal and external communications strategies. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, enhancing our brand presence, and promoting our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement communication strategies that align with Bronson Healthcare's goals and values.

Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, press releases, and the company website.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Manage media relations and respond to inquiries from journalists and other stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze communication trends and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

Assist in organizing events, workshops, and community outreach programs to promote Bronson Healthcare's services and initiatives.

Provide support in crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.

Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and communication.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communications and healthcare marketing.

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development within the communications team. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience levels ranging from entry-level to senior-level positions are welcome to apply.

Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A dedicated and driven personality, with a passion for excellence and a commitment to upholding high standards.

Excellent people management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

A creative mindset with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.

Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including social media management and content creation software.
