## Job Summary:
Campbell Soup is seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Communications Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. ## Key Responsibilities:
- **Content Creation & Management:**
- Develop, edit, and manage engaging written content, including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and blogs that align with Campbell Soup's brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights necessary for creating impactful communication materials.

- **Media Relations:**
- Building and maintaining relationships with media contacts to facilitate effective outreach and positive media representation of the brand.
- Assist in the organization and execution of media events and press releases, ensuring timely distribution and adherence to brand standards.

- **Social Media Coordination:**
- Manage Campbell Soup's social media platforms, coordinating content calendars, monitoring engagement, and responding to community inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and use insights to optimize communication strategies and enhance audience engagement.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure coherence in messaging and brand alignment.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new campaigns and initiatives.

- **Customer Engagement:**
- Support customer feedback initiatives by analyzing consumer insights and reporting trends that inform communication strategies.
- Assist in the development of materials that respond to customer inquiries, ensuring clarity and alignment with company policies.

- **Project Management:**
- Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved through superior time management skills.
- Assist in tracking project progress, updating stakeholders, and providing status reports as needed.

## Requirements:
- **Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a communications or public relations role, preferably in a corporate or consumer goods environment.

- **Skills & Competencies:**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and related analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

- **Interpersonal Traits:**
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented, with the ability to navigate challenges independently.
- Confident in presenting ideas and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- **Soft Skills:**
- A strong team player who contributes to team success and promotes a cooperative work environment.
