Communications Team Assistant...this full-time position provides administrative support to the Communications team, which interfaces with all ministries of the church. A person that will flourish in this role is highly administrative, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks at once, shows initiative, solves problems creatively and on the go, and has interpersonal communication skills.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Administrative support for Communications Director, including managing calendar and meetingsOffload project/meeting tasks from Communications Director and see to completionSchedule meetings, book rooms, and maintain calendarsCoordinate tasks, notes, and project assignments for Communications TeamTrack and ensure Communications Team meets deadlinesAssist in church-wide calendar managementAdministrative support for staff lunchProject support for larger church initiatives (ex: Baptism, Artisan Market, etc)Order assets from vendors for special projects and eventsTrack credit cards, budgets, and expenses for Communications TeamRun point on special projects as assignedOther duties as assigned by leadership WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2+ years solid administrative team support experience requiredBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferredAbility to learn new technology quickly
