As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Community Manager in the Metropolitan area of Atlanta, Georgia.
We are looking for a talented individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multifamily property. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for building communities, and a strong background in property management. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by fostering a sense of belonging and creating memorable experiences for our residents.
Requirements
Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Plan and coordinate community events and activities to promote engagement and build a sense of community.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and meet quality standards.
Manage leasing activities, including advertising vacancies, conducting tours, and processing rental applications.
Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management for assigned properties.
Collaborate with maintenance staff to address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or relevant work experience.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a multifamily property manager.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Entrata, Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
