We're actively seeking a talented Compliance Analyst to join our Consumer Affairs (Complaint Handling) team Newport Beach, CA.This role can be on-site, or hybrid.

As a Compliance Analyst you'll play a key role in Pacific Life's growth and long-term success by assisting policyowners and regulators by reviewing and responding to complaints. You will fill a role that sits on a small team in the Enterprise Compliance division. You will work closely with your management and colleagues to help provide a work environment to solicit feedback and consistency when handling complaints.

How you will make an impact:
Under guidance and collaboration with management and the team, provide a timely review of all assigned complaints
Adhere to company and department procedures while seeking creative, effective and fair resolutions to complex situations.
Provide consultation and support to internal departments supporting the LID, RSD, and Institutional divisions which includes assisting with documentation of complex service issues.
Recognize and escalate potential issues and trends to management's attention, providing suggested resolution(s) when possible
Conduct miscellaneous compliance assignments and projects as necessary.

The experience you will bring:
2+ Years of experience in life and/or annuity products.
Candidate must possess excellent writing skills, problem solving capabilities, and solid communication skills.
Candidate must be detailed orientated and provide analytical reviews.
Candidate must be able to multi-task and coordinate with multiple business partners.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$73,170.00 - $89,430.00
