KMG Prestige is seeking a Community Manager in Ferndale, MI
who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Community Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff.
The Raymond E. Shepherd House is a new building providing 53 units of affordable housing to seniors in Ferndale, MI. The LGBTQ+ affirming housing will offer a safe, welcoming environment to a population who is likely to have experienced discrimination based on their identity. The Raymond E. Shepherd house will serve as a welcoming, LGBTQ+ inclusive housing option for seniors who are struggling due to the rise in luxury housing developments in Ferndale.
