Support market research and outreach efforts in potential site communities. Provide prompt communication to residents regarding inquiries, concerns, pricing, and order details. Manage purchase orders and maintain accurate consumer records. Collaborate with colleagues in customer service and outreach to address community needs and achieve outreach objectives. Attend company meetings for training, product knowledge updates, and networking opportunities. Qualifications for a Community Outreach Agent: No college degree required; we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds. Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or related fields is a plus. Ability to quickly grasp and apply knowledge of company products and services. Demonstrated perceptiveness and discipline in your approach. Infectiously positive demeanor that resonates with others. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
