As the Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of community outreach campaigns across the DFW market. Daily, you will connect with community members to promote our client's brand, generate positive buzz and excitement, and increase customer enrollment. This is a dynamic, front-facing position and requires someone with excellent communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.
Entry-Level Community Outreach Coordinator Responsibilities: Plan and execute community outreach campaigns throughout Plano and the surrounding suburbsMeet with community members directly to promote our client's brand positively resulting in increased product demand and salesDiscuss product and service options that are best suited to address the consumer's needs and positively impact their lifestyleAnswer all product and service-related questions with the highest level of professionalism, honesty, and transparencyGuide consumers through the enrollment process with ease and build trust through the process to improve long-term consumer retentionCommunicate and support existing clients in conjunction with our company standards and compliance regulationsGain a comprehensive understanding of our client's mission, target audience, and promotional techniquesAttend daily meetings to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the client's products, services, promotional offerings, and KPIsAdhere to our company policies and demonstrate an understanding of our core leadership values Entry-Level Community Outreach Coordinator Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or other related fields of study are preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience working in community outreach, promotional marketing, customer service, sales, or other client-facing industriesPossess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with colleagues, clients, and community membersHigh energy with a solutions-focused attitudeDesire for growth and advancement within an organizationUnrelenting work ethic and reputation for getting the job done to the best of your abilityTeam-oriented and driven with a competitive spirit
