Community Outreach Coordinator will be a community liaison for HomeCare Providers to provide information about the agency to Alamance County and surrounding area seniors and those working with seniors. This may include public speaking to senior groups, assisting families with direct links to resources and attending events focused on information for seniors and finances as it relates to seniors. The community outreach coordinator will work with the director for strategic growth of programs. The schedule for this position is M-F, 10am - 2pm or as negotiated with candidate (might be weekend day for events) which equals 20 hours a week.
Community outreach to agencies and groups working with seniors in order to grow agency services. Attending community events as it relates to senior services and finances in order to grow services. Direct link to families for resources and referrals. EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors Degree in Social Work, or Related Field. 
EXPERIENCE: Required: 2 Years of related experience. 
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING: REQUIRED
