The Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for fostering relationships with different organizations in the communities we serve.
They are responsible for developing collaborative partnerships with local organizations, agencies, and schools that the company can work with and support in a philanthropic way.
They are a liaison between the company and the community.
The Community Outreach Coordinator will represent the company at various community sponsored events as well as our own.
They will be required to work cross functionally with other departments and will work hand in hand with our Creative Director.
Job Responsibilities
In addition to following company policies and procedures, main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Initiate relationships within the community, especially with local schools and find creative ways to help fundraise
Work independently, be inventive and creative, including but not limited to initiating new relationships and programs
Represent the company at community meetings, forums, and public events
Deliver presentations, speeches, or workshops to educate and engage community members on relevant topics
Create written and visual content for outreach materials (e.g., factsheets, emails, website or social media content)
Develop and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and social media content to raise awareness about the organization's programs and events within the community
Gather feedback, opinions, and data from community members to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Use this information to adjust strategies and tailor programs to better meet community needs.

At least 18 years old with reliable transportation, valid driver license and ability to commute
