Main Purpose: Support the global reward function, with a special focus on the year end processes. Coordinate employee information that accurately meets the organization's standards to execute the merit and rewards process in the business. Ensure quality and opportunity of data processing for compensation, budget and benefits purposes.
Key Responsibilities: Salary Structure and Analysis:
Evaluate, revise and review the organization's compensation structure.Conduct market research and benchmarks to ensure competitiveness.Compile and analyze salary market data, challenge, and create budgets for the merit process.Ensure Workday Employee Data hygiene for merit process purposes.System Configuration:
Employ Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) for configuring and overseeing the annual merit process.Collaborate with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) team to ensure accurate system settings.Data Analysis:
Analyze and review employee performance and compensation data for the merit process.Ensure data integrity and accuracy in Workday throughout the merit cycle.Merit Guidelines:
Collaborate with HR and leadership to establish and communicate merit increase guidelines.Ensure adherence to company policies and industry benchmarks.Communication:
Disseminate merit process timelines, guidelines, and expectations to HR business partners, managers, and employees.Offer guidance and support to managers navigating the merit process within Workday.Training:
Conduct training sessions for managers and HR teams on utilizing Workday for the merit process.Address queries and provide ongoing support during the merit cycle.Workflow Management:
Design and implement workflows in Workday to streamline the merit approval process.Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to the workflow.Audit and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all audits related to the Merit Process, aligning with company policies and legal regulations.Address discrepancies or issues promptly and implement corrective measures.Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the merit process.Stay updated on Workday enhancements and recommend features to enhance the merit cycle.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: University degree or advanced studies in Accounting.Three years of working experience in Compensation & Benefits Area.Intermediate - advanced English: speaking and writing (mandatory).Microsoft Office knowledge with strong skills in MS Excel.Continuous Improvement Projects' experience on Process Improvement, Standardisation, Automation.Knowledge of budgets and basic payroll accounting.Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.Strong numerical, analytical and problem resolving skills.Comfortable contributing to complex and conflicting priorities.Ability to select the relevant from large volumes of data.Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.Excellent organizational and time management skills.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and take pride in a diverse workforce.
