As a Compensation Consultant, you'll ensure the effectiveness of all compensation programs, consult with the business on compensation needs and collaborate with compensation analysts to develop effective compensation strategies.


About the Role Collaborate with compensation team leaders in support of executive leadership in making strategic, company-wide compensation decisions, including compensation pay mix, benchmarking philosophy, long-term incentive strategy and career pathing Design, develop and implement incentive compensation plans aligned to business objectives Advise on complex compensation matters with in-depth analytics and strategic alignment to business goals Proactively research best practices and trends Perform analysis on effectiveness, competitiveness and fairness of existing programs Present findings and thoughtful alternative solutions that are aligned with our philosophy Collaborate with business partners to report compensation communications across a wide spectrum of team member groups About You 3-5 years of compensation experience Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred What You'll Get
