Responsibilities
• Assist with analysis and administration of executive compensation programs• Prepare and process equity grants, cancellations, exercises and releases• Participate in year-end compensation process, including proxy statement development• Collaborate with external vendors on administration of global equity plans• Document duties and maintain internal controls• Provide input and recommendations for employee communications• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley• Provide data for reporting equity-related transactions• Partner with various teams on equity compensation-related tasks• Run and maintain documentation of equity administration processes
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Human Resources• 5 years of executive compensation experience and coordinating global equity plans• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Equity Professional (CEP) preferred• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail• Strong communication and influencing skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment• Strong project management skills• Ability to anticipate business challenges and follow regulatory issues• Discretion and sensitivity in handling confidential information• Resourcefulness in researching solutions and providing employee assistance
