monday.com is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Compliance Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring monday.com's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies (such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-trust, and Speak Up) while providing expert legal advice to support our business goals and securing the Company from potential legal risks and reputation damage.
In this role, you will act as a trusted partner, providing guidance to various stakeholders across the Company on corporate compliance-related matters, demonstrating the importance of compliance as a key business priority.
Additionally, you will enhance and optimize broader processes, working closely with relevant teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation.

About The RoleDevelop, implement, and monitor the Company's corporate compliance programs and policies, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.Advise internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters.Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and recommend actionable solutions.Create and deliver compliance training and awareness programs for the Company's employees.Create and support enhancing existing internal controls and monitor adherence to them.Keep up to date with relevant laws and regulations, best industry practices, and internal policies, ensuring proactive adaptation of compliance strategies.Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other key stakeholders.Your Experience & SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience in corporate compliance, preferably in a publicly-traded high-tech company.Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards in the environments the Company operates in.Knowledge of compliance standards and policies, audit techniques, and relevant operations and procedures.Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills.Technological orientation and familiarity with legal tech tools and platforms to enhance compliance efficiency.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.High level of integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct.We believe in equal opportunity.
