Job Description Our risk and consulting group, under Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services is hiring a Compliance Manager.
The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance of internal policies for the onboarding and maintenance of all active subcontractor and independent contractor files.
All subcontractor, law enforcement agency, and independent contractors that fall under the RACS Threat Detection Emergency Response (TDER) division will be reviewed for compliance with AUS policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure all independent, subcontractor vendor and W2 files are complete and accurate Enter all independent, subcontractor and W2 critical compliance information into tracking system Follow up on incorrect/missing documentation and escalate as necessary Ensure proper insurance documentation for subcontractor vendors maintaining electronic files and logs for audit compliance Develop and implement the Quarterly audit of contractor files to include insurance documentation for subcontractor vendors Follow-up with operational team members and facilitate resolution of outstanding issues regarding subcontractor or independent contractor onboarding Develop process for ensuring review of independent contractor compliance annually Create, update, interpret, and implement policies and procedures related to ensuring compliance with company standards as well as federal, state, or local laws QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in security operations, law enforcement, military, business, human resources, training, compliance, safety management, and/or licensing Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion Outstanding oral and written communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's degree in Criminal justice, business administration, finance, or related field of study BENEFITS: $60,000 annually Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance Enrollment in our company's 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirements Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
