Compliance Officer

Position Description:




Looking to add another compliance officer to our team!
This position will report to the Chief Compliance Officer and will develop, administer, and monitor programs for compliance with laws, regulations and rules governing operations and product offerings with our deposit and loan products.




Position consists of the following accountabilities:




Compliance Program Administration


Compliance Review and Audit


CRA Officer and Program Administration


Compliance Communication and Training




Job Skills & Qualifications:


Bachelor degree in Compliance, Finance or other business related field.


2-4 years banking compliance, audit, operations, account monitoring or related work experience.


Working knowledge of the laws and regulations relating to lending and deposits.


Solid Communication Skills which include verbal, written and listening skills.


Working knowledge of computer software (i.e.
Windows, Microsoft Office, Teams)


Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions
