DEPARTMENT: CDACD
JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates and conducts drug & alcohol testing in accordance with policies and procedures and applicable laws. Responsible to advise employees and management in regards to the Drug and Alcohol related codes, enforcement process, policies and procedures. Responsible to monitor compliance for employees and to manage the random drug testing protocols and procedures in collaboration with the assigned Human Resources Department. In collaboration with Human Resources prepares and issues corrective actions for noncompliance. Prepares required Monthly reports.
COMPENSATION: $25.31 hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED equivalent MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years' experience with Microsoft Word and Excel computer programs. Two (2) years' experience enforcing Tribal, State, and/or Federal policies, procedures, ordinances, and laws. Two (2) years' experience working with individuals with drug/alcohol addiction in a human services or social services setting. SKILLS TESTING: Typing 35 WPM Excel REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES: WA State Driver's License (Personal Automobile Insurance Required) HIPAA certification upon hire. Certified in Legal & POCT Drug Collections. *Will allow six (6) months to obtain. Certified as a Breath Alcohol Technician. *Will allow six (6) months to obtain. Class B Certified by the Washington State Gambling Commission and licensed by TGA. Must not be on probation. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular Full-Time position.
