Responsibilities Manage and advise clients on major litigation, project/transaction Identify facts and spot major legal issues through communication with business units Review legal risks, discover alternatives, and present opinions through legal research and analysis When necessary, consult with outside counsel and analyze their opinions Report legal opinions as well as practical alternatives to business units and key decision makers for informed decision Conduct strategic planning Through close communication with the Division leader, set directions, draft and implement plans for various issues within the Division to achieve best results Consult and facilitate agreements between and among relevant departments Prepare various materials and reports (Powerpoint, Excel, and Word) required to support progress of the projects Qualifications Licensed attorney in good standing in the jurisdiction(s) admitted with 3+ years of experience preferred Must be Bilingual in English and Korean Must have experience in drafting, proofreading and redlining legal documents Experience in practicing law, handling civil litigation or trial cases preferred Must have positive attitude and ability to develop and implement new ideas to create customized solution on client-by-client basis Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have excellent organizational skills, be analytical and able to multitask Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
