Comprehensive/Glaucoma/Cornea Ophthalmologist

We are looking for a dynamic, highly capable ophthalmologist to lead our NYC-Harlem based office.
Necessary skills include state-of-the-art cataract surgery and preferably medical and surgical glaucoma management. Alternatively, candidates with training in corneal and refractive surgery may also be considered.
Salary range is a $300-360K base with additional incentive based compensation related to productivity. Generous benefits include a yearly employer contribution to a pension plan equal to 10% of your salary.
Our office would provide you with the opportunity for personal and professional growth in a supportive, collegial environment as well as an option for partnership and/or ownership in two years for a motivated physician. You would have near complete autonomy to treat patients in the manner you choose so long as it conforms to the ethical and patient-centric ethic of the practice. In addition, there are multiple opportunities for funded research.
