Comprehensive Ophthalmologist

Our well-established, robust, independent practice is ideal for a beginning/mid-career comprehensive ophthalmologist or a glaucoma or retina specialist who is interested in early partnership. You'll be stepping into a busy practice with great supporting staff and high surgical volume. We have a wide referral network of primary care providers in the area. The compensation for full time will be about 350k+, a combination of salary and easy to attain bonus based on productivity. The potential for increased earnings with time is high. There is opportunity for an early and affordable partnership as one of the current partners is stepping away. Partnership will allow the candidate to control their workload as well as share profits from the office and the optical. We are looking for a BE/BC doctor, a team player with great clinical, surgical, and communication skills.
