REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR COMPUTER ENGINEER - IT SYSTEMS SPECIALIST 5+ years of experience with customer support, active directory application support, disaster recovery, firewalls, documentation, local area networks (LAN), and wide area networks (WAN) Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2016 - 365, Microsoft Teams, PowerShell, Sever ******** , SSL, IPSEC VPN, TCP/IP, VLANs with tagging, and Windows XP, 7, 8, and 10 Proficiency with or the ability to learn the following: Android, AWS, Cisco, DFS/DFSR, DUO MFA, Google G Suite, iOS, IP Phone Systems, Kaseya, Linux Servers, MacOS, Microsoft Azure, RD Gateway, scripting, SonicWALL, SQL, Unifi, and VMWare Ability to troubleshoot, remediate viruses, mitigate malware attacks, manage access points, and resolve other issues Residence within 30 minutes of the office The following skills would be helpful but are not required: C/C++, HTML, JavaScript, Python, Visual Basic, and website maintenance.
