Computer Operator

The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Computer Operator I in Washington, DC to support a local contract.


**Will be subject to a background/credit screen prior to employment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshoots and resolves routine operating issues, collaborating closely with senior operators.
May assist in performing specific tasks typically handled by a more experienced operator, under direct supervision Monitors system performance and alerts senior staff to potential issues, ensuring optimal operation of all computer systems and related equipment. Maintains accurate logs of system activities and incidents, documenting procedures and outcomes to support efficient workflow and compliance with agency protocols REQUIREMENTS 2 years of experience troubleshooting computers.
Works well under supervision PAY RATE:
$27.25/hr + H&W

HOURS OF OPERATION
Mon.
- Fri. 8:30am - 5pm
