Schedule:  Monday-Friday. 7:00am-4:00pm (1-hour lunch)

• Exciting role with a variety of responsibilities and tasks What's a typical day as a Concierge Hospitality? You'll be:
• Greeting visitors and guests, validating against guest list, providing badges, and offering parking validation as necessary
• Serving as the company concierge, providing assistance and recommendations for hotels, restaurants, and points of interest
• Coordinating catering for meetings and ensuring conference rooms are properly set up
• Maintaining and updating company phone and speed dial lists
• Scheduling meeting rooms and assisting with audiovisual equipment
• Providing backup clerical support for Executive Assistants
• Assisting with daily management of facilities and performing other assigned duties
• Creating proposals in customer systems and supporting executive-level client-facing staff
• Procuring and coordinating vendors for special projects
• Responsible for the day-to-day mailroom duties. Logging in all incoming and outgoing USPS and accountable mail. Distributing mail and packages. Preparing shipments. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality business
• Are able to be on your feet for a few hours a day and lift up to 50 pounds
• Have the ability to walk, bend, twist, and lift as required by the job
• Are responsible and ambitious, with a strong desire to be a valued team player
• Have excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
• Possess computer literacy and can perform basic administrative tasks
• Have a professional demeanor and appearance, as you will be interacting with customers, vendors, and guests
