Job Description: Greet and assist residents and guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns. Facilitate move-ins and move-outs. Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally. Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests, following up to ensure completion. Update and distribute community newsletters, announcements, and event calendars. Plan and organize community events and activities to foster a sense of community. Assist in emergency response procedures and stay knowledgeable about safety protocols. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Professional appearance and demeanor.
