Concierge (Part-Time)

Adamas Building Services is looking for a Concierge/Front Desk Associate. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We are currently interviewing for concierge positions.
Available schedules: Friday & Saturday 10pm-6am Pay Rate: $16 per hour The ideal candidate will have superior experience in the following areas:
Excellent customer service skillsMeet/Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visitDirect guests and visitors to appropriate destinationCheck-in and announce incoming guestsReceiving packages and deliveriesResolve complaints from residents/guestsPerform basic clerical duties: answering telephones, faxing, copying, etc.Flexibility to work at least 1 weekend day per weekMinimum requirements include:
Prior Front Desk/Office environment experience (1 year preferred)Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environmentMulti-tasking capability without compromising on qualityMust be able to lift boxes up to 25 poundsMust be able to work and stand on your feet for several hoursMust be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hoursMust pass comprehensive background checksSupport the organization vision, mission and core values of the companyAdditional Benefits:
