THE OPPORTUNITY Lead a crew in the completion of residential home foundation concrete footers. Complete jobs in a timely manner by scheduling and overseeing the work crew, ensuring equipment and materials are sufficient, repairing and maintaining equipment, training crews and assisting with special projects as assigned. Additional duties include handling communications with residents, placing barricades for special events, and documenting completed work. You would be striving to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING • Leadership, leading an exceptionally well-trained crew in meeting quality standards and production timelines.
• Overseeing all jobsite activities to ensure the job is completed according to plans; double checking measurements and yardage for concrete orders.
• Managing manpower and communicating with General Superintendent to adjust if necessary.
• Maintaining a safe jobsite and coordinating with General Superintendent and/or Safety Director to address safety concerns.
• Planning and managing equipment/materials needed for daily project activity.
• Maintaining a clean jobsite and leaving every job cleaner than it was when you got there!
• Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all Rusin equipment/vehicles/materials.
• Working with mechanics to repair/maintain Rusin equipment and vehicles.
• Ensuring the condition of the tools and equipment on your truck is inventoried and maintained in good working condition.
• Coordinating and communicating with Project Coordinator/General Superintendent to plan timing and manpower needed for concrete pours.
• Communicating with Project Coordinator/General Superintendent for jobsite needs such as pumps/special equipment.
• Complete and submit paperwork for each job by the end of the day that you pour!

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR ORGANIZATION • Three years of experience with concrete residential foundations.
• At least one (1) year of supervisory experience; proven ability to lead crews.
• At least one (1) to three (3) years' general construction experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings; ability to read grades on stakes and maps.
• Ability to use all types of hand tools.
• Ability to create effective working relationships with employees and the public; ability to effectively motivate employees to work.
. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. This position requires the individual to drive a company truck.

• May be expected to travel out of town to work on projects.
• May usually work irregular hours and often work early mornings and during weekends and may also do shift work and be on call. Generally, work longer hours in summer.

• While performing the duties of this job, you may regularly be required to reach with
hands and arms, frequently be required to stand; talk or hear; walk; and use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls.
• You would occasionally be required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• You will frequently lift and/or move up to 80 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 120 pounds.
• You will need good vision abilities due to working at a jobsite, which include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
WHAT OUR ORGANIZATION IS PROVIDING • Full-time Schedule
. Company Vehicle - must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record in order to be insured on our auto policy.
• Hourly Rate Range: $28 - $36 DOE
