What you'll get to do: Collaborate with team to improve operational processes to achieve optimized product qualityDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and adapt to changing marketProblem solve and identify strategies for improving efficiency and productivityFollow all construction safety policies and procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipmentPut your education into action in the field to support and participate in assigned project work.Support the operations team in achieving production goals while partnering with experienced managers and production employees in different departments.Complete technical projects to gain an understanding of the operations of a ready-mixed concrete plant.Learn the mission of the production, maintenance, and quality departments and different jobs and functions.
Ensures compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Who we are looking for: A college student studying concrete management or construction management to earn a bachelor's degree with the desire to learn the ins and outs of Ready-Mixed Concrete / construction management.A highly organized, efficient, and process improvement mindset and skill setSomeone able and willing to dive in and help solve problems in the fieldSomeone with a strong desire to work in a heavy industrial environmentStrong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
