Concrete Project Manager Responsibilities:
* Management of all project team members (project engineers, superintendents)
* Mentor, develop and train project engineers for fast-paced growth
* 100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope
* Cost control/monthly status reports
* Challenge and support jobsite and self-perform work team
* Accountable for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results
* Coordinate and manage the execution of planning and scheduling of projects
Concrete Project Manager Qualifications:
* Experience reading and understanding project plans and design materials, must be able to accurately read and interpret blueprints
* Understanding of A.D.A requirements, testing and inspection procedures concerning concrete construction
* 5+ years in Commercial Concrete, 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Commercial Concrete self-performing diverse concrete projects
* Experience doing layouts, excavation, formwork, installing and reinforcing is preferred
